What we do. DoctorsHome is a California based telemedicine marketing company which helps users connect with Doctors/Clinics for online digital consultation and pharmacies for delivery of medicines. DoctorsHome owns several telemedicine websites which help generate awareness for online doctors and pharmacies.  DoctorsHome does not offer medical advice, recommend treatments or provide prescriptions, any information on this site is just for informational purposes only.   Only a doctor can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication. DoctorsHome does provide links to an external website to online telemedicine doctors network and pharmacy.  All material on the DoctorsHome websites is for informational purposes only, and should not be used as medical advice or recommendation. A doctor or other appropriate health-care professional should address any health concern or condition. The information and opinions found on this website are written on the basis of the best available data at the time of writing, and are considered accurate according to the authors’ best discernment.

Those who do not seek advice from the appropriate health-care authority assume responsibility for any injury that may occur. The use of services through DoctorsHome is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet.  DoctosHome currently does NOT selling anyting on its website and does not collect money, however, in the future it may.  If DoctorsHome in the future places items for sale on its website, the following disclosure is stated. To make any purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details and payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.

When purchasing a product or service you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where DoctorsHome feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

You understand and agree that satisfying the above requirements does not guarantee that you will receive Services through DoctorsHome.

5- Payment

DoctosHome currently does NOT selling anyting on its website and does not collect money, however, in the future it may.  If DoctorsHome in the future places items for sale on its website, the following disclosure is stated. You agree to pay all fees due for services requested. You will see a prompt for your payment details, such as your credit card information and any promotional codes you may have. By entering your payment information and submitting your request, you authorize us, our affiliates, or our third-party payment processors to charge the amount due.

You understand and agree that you are responsible for all fees due to receive health care services and pharmacy services, including any fees charged by the health care organization(s) or provider(s). 

Our Site accepts the following payment methods:

  • Any other payment method displayed on our Site.

We reserve the right to add or change our payment methods at sole discretion anytime.

6- Consent to Telehealth Services

DoctorsHome does not offer medical advice, recommend treatments or provide prescriptions, any information on this site is just for informational purposes only.   Only a doctor can diagnose, treat and prescribe medication. DoctorsHome does provide links to an external website to online telemedicine doctors network and pharmacy.   Telemedicine involves the delivery of health care services using electronic communications, information technology, or other means between a health care provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. Telemedicine may be used for diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and/or related patient education, and may include, but is not limited to:

  • Electronic transmission of medical records, photo images, personal health information, or other data between a patient and health care provider;
  • Interactions between a patient and health care provider via audio, video, and/or data communications; and
  • Use of output data from medical devices, sound, and video files. 

The electronic systems used in the Services will incorporate network and software security protocols to protect the privacy and security of health information and imaging data, and will include measures to safeguard the data to ensure its integrity against intentional or unintentional corruption.
